''Madoryx oiclus'' is a moth of the Sphingidae family. It is known from Suriname, French Guiana and from Venezuela to Costa Rica. It has also been recorded in Paraguay, Argentina and Bolivia. The wingspan is 76–93 mm. Adults are on wing year round. The larvae have been recorded feeding on ''Rehdera trinervis'' and ''Crescentia alata''. The last instar is cream colored with dark brown and black mottling on back and sides.
